You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time. Send us the details below and we'll take care of the rest.

What gets deleted: your name, email address, account credentials, and any personal data associated with your account — permanently deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request.

What Happens Next

    Fill in the app name and the email address on your account below

    We email you to confirm we received the request, usually within 5 business days

  3. 3

    We verify the request came from the account owner

  4. 4

    Your account and its data are permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled from your store account settings.
